On a Planning Day you'll spend the day in an intensive, brain storming session to draw out any problem areas in your business and create a route map for the future. Away from the work environment, and under the direct supervision of one of our highly rated and accredited strategic business planners, you'll be surprised how much can be achieved.

As well as financial planning, time is spent considering all factors affecting your business's success such as employee retention and incentives and sales and marketing plans.

At the end of the day you will get an 80 page, full colour report which outlines the agreed action points and responsibilities and so becomes an all encompassing planning document for the next 12 months.
